On the Road

I am posting Monday night before bed. I just want you all to know this woman is exhausted but can't leave town without saying goodbye. I am leaving for an overnight trip to Pigeon Forge with Brooke and the kids. We are taking them out for a last chance "Fun" day before school starts. We booked a room with an indoor pool with a waterfall. We plan to spend many an hour in the pool. We will load them up with junk, and amusement rides too. It's so fun to be a kid...and I plan to play like one too. It will be a good break for me. There still is so much craziness going on in my life with the men folk. Kev working crazy hours. Cory stressed about college finances. Tim management, Lol! I am laughing with delirium and hysteria. This mom needs a break. Brooke's kids are well behaved and are quite manageable. She will be with them and between both of us we will spar each other some "peace" time. I will love sitting in the hot tub relaxing these aching muscles due to closet cleaning. I laugh as I think about the hot tub. I always feel like I a big pot of chicken soup, just throw in the carrots, celery and potatoes!

I would love to leave you with something spiritual or thought provoking but nothing comes to mind. I will leave you with a big virtual hug and look forward to meeting you here again on Thursday.
