Hello girlfriends.
I loved the comments on my Valentine's Day gift. Sonia, the balloon was scary. It was huge. Kevin is a thoughtful person and the poem was insightful I am sure. I need to go find it. I actually think it is still in the heart box. I will post it for fun if I find it. Robin, my first engagement ring was a leaf wrapped around my finger as a promise to take me shopping for one. He asked me to marry him in his parents backyard. I guess mama said it was ok to ask me to marry him. Lol!
Sorry I didn't post yesterday. I had a very emotional weekend. My youngest son went "awol". No drugs or illegal activity but very scary none the less. I will share later. Yesterday, I spent the day being busy to keep me from falling apart. Again, it wasn't a tragedy but a revelation of my relationship with my children and perhaps my husband. We are doing okay now. I just needed a day to process.
Today, I will be concentrating on preparing for my Esther bible study. I hope to post late tonight. For sure tomorrow morning. I miss you ladies. I actually envision sitting amongst you sharing life. Don't lock me up...I'll be alright.
I need to share something cute before I leave you. I babysit 2 sweet kids during the week sometimes. Jayden proudly told me that "Cory used to treat me and now he doesn't treat me anymore." I was a bit confused. Cory has been absolutely precious to Jayden lately. He used to tease her before. Then it hit me. "Cory used to 'tease' me before but now he doesn't." It was cute. Especially because that is exactly how I felt, "My family used to 'treat' me and now they don't 'treat' me anymore.....they seem to be 'teasing' me now." More on that later. Love ya, mean, Ciao! acf

Love the engagment ring, but what a prize you got. Sorry your weekend was not good, but brian and i had a great time at the party and we loved the BUNCO game. Hope we can all get together again and play. Hope to see you tonight.

And if I posted a poem that Johnny wrote, he'd kill me. If you can get away with that with Kevin, then you've got him right where you want him.
P.S. My word verification to be able to post this is "persyz". It's an omen. I know that's just poor spelling for "purses". I am sure of it. Because I always want a new purse... so now I've got my sign I'll go out and buy a new one. NOT... no money. Oh well... it was a nice thought.
